On Thursday, October 18, the League will host Meet the Candidates Night at 7 p.m. in the Lamb Room at the New Canaan Library. Candidates running in contested races for First Selectman, Selectman, and Town Council will be present to answer your questions. Plan to attend this important event. Look for our Voter's Guide in the New Canaan Advertiser the week before Election Day, November 6.
On Saturday, September 29, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Library Republican Registrar of Voters, Robert Schafter and Democratic Registrar, George Cody, will be demonstrating the new electronic voting machines. Please call Janet Davis 972-5709 if you can volunteer to help sometime during the day.
